Murray facing three-match ban

Cork football forward Fionan Murray may be hit with a three-match ban when he comes before the Games Administration Committee this week.

Murray picked up two yellow cards in the opening day NFL tie against Kerry on February 1.

It is believed that the full-forward also verbally abused officials before leaving the field and was reported by referee Michael Monaghan for dissent.
