Tipperary make three changes for Sunday's Allianz National Football League tie against Waterford in Dungarvan with regulars Philly Ryan, Paul Cahill and Kevin Mulryan back in the fray.

Following on from last Sunday's disappointing showing against Clare in the opening round, Tipperary will want to get something from this game with throw-in at 2:30pm.
