Cats star Byrne transfers to Tipperary

Former Kilkenny hurling skipper Denis Byrne has put in for a successful inter-county transfer to Tipperary.

It's a shock move that will see the half-forward hopefully slot into the Mullinahone and Tipperary first teams in the coming year.
