McNamara wants winning start for Offaly

New Offaly manager Mike McNamara is taking every match seriously - the former Clare and Galway trainer is keen to get off to a flier in Sunday's Walsh Cup tie with Westmeath.

He sees it as a must win game.

"The bottom line is that we all like to win every match we play. When you win matches at the weekend, you find you are training a much happier group of players midweek," he said.
