Kavanagh quits Carlow

Influential Carlow midfielder Sean Kavanagh has quit the county panel and announced his retirement from inter-county football.

The news will come as a major shock to new boss Mick Condon who gave his panelists until last Sunday evening to rule themselves in or out.
