Ulster title logical step, says Enniskillen boss
Enniskillen Gaels manager Seamus Doyle has described an Ulster SFC title as
"the next logical step" for the Fermanagh champions.
Doyle was speaking just days before their latest title tilt in Clones against Tyrone champs Errigal Ciaran.
Gaels were beaten by a single point in the 1999 final by Crossmaglen Rangers and Doyle said: "We¹ve been here before, we¹ve been at this point before and been beaten. Now is the time to break through."
"We were beaten in the 1999 final by a point by Crossmaglen Rangers, the following year they beat us again in Crossmaglen but we beat them in 2001.Like we've been getting out of the county regularly enough but just not doing ourselves justice at the final hurdles."
