O'Kelly named as Offaly boss
Paul O'Kelly has been appointed Offaly senior football boss a week earlier than expected.
The Edenderry man had been recommended to the County Board by the selection committee set up to replace Padraig Nolan.
The County Board are set to ratify the decision on November 5.
He is expected to name Eddie Fleming of Clara and Kevin Gavin of Ferbane as part of his selection team.
O'Kelly was previously a member of Tommy Lyon's backroom team when the current Dublin boss managed the Faithful County.
