McRory steps down

Art McRory has stepped down as joint Tyrone football manager for "personal reasons".

McRory had recently been installed for another term as joint boss along with Eugene McKenna, though there were internal queries about their election.

The pair led Tyrone to Ulster success last year and picked up the county's first ever league title earlier this year.

McKenna may be offered the job outright but it has been mooted that he will step down too paving the way for the U-21 management duo of Fr Ger McAleer and Mickey Harte to step up.
