Two sent off as Ireland dominate
Ireland 38 Australia 19
Ireland hold a double scores lead at half-time in their International Rules opener with Australia at Croke Park.
And it's no more than they deserve with Padraig Joyce, Ciaran McManus and Des Dolan lighting up the affair with some brilliant strikes.
Both sides have had a man sent off with David Neitz going to the line for the Aussies early on and Meath's Evan Kelly sinbinned too.
Kelly tried to land a Mike Tyson like punch on Francou but missed - luckily for Francou. Ireland hold the upper hand with 40 minutes to go.
