GAA officials in Waterford and Clare have refuted claims by the Games Administration Committee that they failed to co-operate with the investigation into a hand injury suffered by Clare hurler Gerry Quinn.

The half-back suffered a broken bone in his hand after being struck by a Waterford player during the All-Ireland hurling semi-final in August.
