Speculation had been mounting that the pair, who helped Tyrone to their first-ever NFL title this year, would quit following a poor championship run.

But McKenna confirmed: "We most definitely want to continue. We told the county chairman that and the county board have a decision to make. I think there is progress there to be seen. It is difficult to leave it at that."
