Tierney refuses to confirm retirement
Jubliant Armagh goalkeeper Benny Tierney has refused to confirm he's set to retire from inter-county football following their All-Ireland final win.
Tierney was full of wisecracks after Armagh picked up their first ever title with a 1-12 to 0-14 win over Kerry at Croke Park.
But he skirted around the issue of retirement saying: "I'll be playing in the GOAL challenge on Wednesday night. After that you (reporter) will be the last person to find out what my plans are."
