McCague to analyse County Board decisions

GAA president Sean McCague is to scrutinise a number of recent County Board decisions which saw red-carded players escape without any suspensions.

The Kerry County Board recently exonerated inter-county football star Dara O’Se, who was sent off for an alleged striking incident in a club tie.

A suspension would have ruled him out of the All-Ireland semi-final against Cork next weekend.

McCague has now ordered that details of all such rulings be forwarded to him for analysis.
