The Munster Council have ruled that no advantage was gained and no penalties can be imposed on Cork for using 21 players in Sunday's Munster Football Final win over Tipperary.

As a result, the Rebels keep their provincial crown, and Tipperary will still face Mayo in the qualifiers on Saturday.
