Tipp minors miss key star Ryan.
Tipperary minor footballers face into the Munster semi-final against Limerick, at Fermoy, on Thursday evening without key player Shane Ryan who has not recovered from injury.
The Newport player who figured prominently in Tipp¹s last victory over Waterford has not fully recovered from a knee injury and has been ruled out of the starting line-up.
Ryan, a prodigious talent, is listed among the substitutes, and is expected to take part in the action at some stage of this evening's game.
The selectors have left the goalkeeper's spot vacant in order to assess the fitness levels, prior to the game, of Wayne Rodgers and Pa Ryan, both struggling with injuries.
