Hurling: Tipp delay naming team

Tipperary’s senior hurling selectors have delayed announcing their team for Sunday’s NHL semi-final against Cork until Thursday evening.

Midfielder Eddie Enright is definitely out of the tie with a badly broken finger and doubt surrounds the availability of full-forward John O’Brien and wing-back Eamonn Corcoran.

Team manager Nicky English and his selectors Jack Bergin and Ken Hogan will wait to pick the team until after a squad training session on Thursday evening in Thurles.
