Mayo are into the semi-finals

League champions Mayo secured their passage to the semi-final of the Allianz

NFL with a hard-earned two-point win over relegated Derry.

Twice in the second half, Derry came back to reduce Mayo's deficit to one

point but Mayo responded each time with some great points by Conor and

Trevor Mortimer and Michael Moyles.

Mayo were unlucky not to have scored a goal in the last seconds when Trevor

Mortimer bashed his shot off the crossbar.
