Tipperary field 11 of the side that won the All-Ireland last September for Sunday's National Hurling League clash against Limerick at Thurles.

Missing are Declan Ryan, who has retired, team captain Tommy Dunne, who is being rested, John Carroll (back injury) and Larry Corbett, who is named among the subs.

In their places are midfieler Noel Morris, substitute defender Micheal Ryan of Templederry, who leads the attack, Toomevara underage star John O'Brien and Liam Cahill, who returns to the side after being among the subs for much of last season.
