GAA: Daly retires from inter-county hurling

Clare hurling legend Anthony Daly has decided to retire from the inter-county scene.

The 32-year-old Clarecastle man has been troubled by a persistent back injury since resuming training in January and he delivered news of his retirement to Cyril Lyons at the weekend.
