GAA: Full league program today

National Football League’s third series of matches go ahead today.

In Division 1A Tyrone host Dublin at Dungannon with kick-off at 2pm.

Tommy Lyon’s men opened this season with a morale-boosting win against Donegal last weekend but their second Ulster opponents should prove too strong for the Dub’s young side with Peter Canavan leading the line for the home side.

Westmeath can finally begin their league campaign after their two previous two games were postponed due to weather conditions.

The midlands side host All-Ireland Champions Galway today in Mullingar at 2.30pm.

Galway were beaten last weekend and will be hoping to make amends today.

Cork play Roscommon at Pairc Ui Chaoimh.

It is Roscommon’s first game of the season after their fixture list was also disrupted by the weather.

Kick-off there is at 2.30pm.

The other game in Division 1A sees Donegal and Offaly clash in Tullamore at 2.30pm.

In Division 1B there are four games taking place this afternoon, all of them kicking-off at 2.30pm.

In one of the few local derbies in the league this year, Cavan host Fermanagh at Breffni Park.

Both teams had successful outings last weekend and will be looking to build on their good form but Fermanagh should prove too strong for their neighbours with Dermot McCabe missing from the Cavan midfield.

Clare clash with Mayo at Cusack Park in Ennis where Mayo should prove too strong for the minnows of the division.

Kildare and Derry meet in Newbridge in what should be one of the matches of the day.

Kildare won against Sligo at the same venue last weekend while Derry will be hoping to bounce back from their opening defeat last Sunday.

Derry will be without the likes of Anthony Tohill and Enda Muldoon and the exciting, young Kildare could prove too strong at home for the Ulster side.

The only other game in Division 1B is between Sligo and Down at Markievicz Park where both sides will be missing several first-choice players.

In Division 2 today most of the matches also kick-off at 2.30pm.

In Division 2A, Louth play Wicklow in Drogheda, Armagh host Leitrim at Carrickcruppin, Limerick travel to England to play London while Kerry host Antrim in Tralee where there is a 1pm kick-off.

In Division 2B, Laois meet Carlow at Portarlington, Monaghan and Wexford play in Scotstown, Tipperary and Meath play at Ardfinnan at 2pm and Waterford play Longford in Dungarvan.
