GAA: Down, Longford vote to delete Rule 21

The Down and Longford county boards have both voted in favour of abolishing the GAA’s controversial Rule 21.

However, Antrim and Tyrone last night voted to retain the rule, which bans members of the British security forces from joining the GAA.
