GAA: Cavan backs removal of Rule 21

Cavan has joined fellow Ulster counties Donegal and Monaghan in backing the deletion of the GAA's Rule 21.

The Cavan County Board voted late last night in favour of the motion, which is to be decided upon at a Special Congress in Dublin next Saturday.
