GAA: Officials worry over Croke Park pitch

GAA officials have revealed that scheduled resurfacing work of the Croke Park turf may not be finished until early July 2002, well into the championship season.

This means that some big Leinster championship matches could be brought outside of the capital, possibly to Semple Stadium, Pairc Ui Chaoimh, or even North to Clones.
