GAA: Ref's arm broken after red card incident

Detectives are investigating allegations of an attack during a hurling game in which a referee’s arm was broken after he sent a player off.

The trouble flared soon into the junior hurling championship match between Crumlin and Naomh Barrog in Dublin on Sunday.
