Newly-appointed O’Moore County manager Eamonn Kelly confirmed the news yesterday as he looks to complete the make-up of his backroom team.

Behind the scenes, Kelly is still working on introducing one more selector but the former Kerry and Offaly supremo informed the Laois players over the weekend that Moran is coming on board.
