Allianz Football League team news: Brian Kelly gets Kerry opportunity

Despite an underwhelming performance against Dublin last week, manager Eamonn Fitzmaurice has afforded most of those involved a chance to put in better displays. Kelly replaces Brendan Kealy in goal, with Aidan O’Mahony coming into the half-back line instead of Fionn Fitzgerald. Lyne, a wing-back in last year’s All-Ireland final loss to Dublin, is picked at number 10, as Philip O’Connor misses out.
Another side defeated last week, Mayo, made two alterations since losing to Cork. Aidan O’Shea, a first-half substitute after initially being named as a starter, is picked at centre-forward, while Mikey Sweeney, who kicked two points after his introduction, are the two players brought in. Lee Keegan, who sustained a concussion, and Kevin McLoughlin, are the pair to miss out. Dublin are unchanged after their win over Kerry.
