Four on the shortlist for Cork hot-seat

Cork GAA chiefs have drawn up a shortlist of four names to replace departed senior football manager, Brian Cuthbert.

The new Rebel football manager will be one of four nominees for the position - John Cleary, Ned English, Ephie Fitzgerald and Ronan McCarthy.

Castlehaven club man Cleary, who won two All-Ireland senior medals on the field of play, is widely seen as the favourite for the role, given his successful experience at U21 level.
