Price powers Ireland to sixth successive series win

Westmeath’s Eoin Price was outstanding as Ireland powered to a 2-18 to 0-8 win on the night, and a 38-31 aggregate victory. Price bagged 2-5, with his goals coming in either half.
Seven days previous Scotland had led for the most part, but on Saturday it was Ireland who were dominant overall. They hit 13 first-half wides, as they led by 1-6 to 0-4 at half-time, with David McInerney, Conor Lehane and Price on target.
