Buckley will continue swimming against tide

When Seanie Buckley was handed his championship debut for the 2005 Munster semi-final against Kerry, Limerick’s place as third in line for the provincial throne was undisputed.
The Shannonsiders had come agonisingly close the two previous summers and with the county’s U21 outfit pushing Cork all the way to the line in the decider earlier that year, the consensus was that Limerick’s graph would continue its upward trajectory.
