Cork GAA clubs continue with traditional Good Friday layoff

Cork will be a GAA free zone tomorrow, Good Friday.

Correspondence from the county board was circulated to club secretaries last week informing them that the long standing policy would be implemented again this year.

The Irish Examiner understands that two clubs were to stage Easter camps tomorrow, but were forced to shelve those plans as such activities would not be sanctioned by the board.
