Power replaces Jonjo Farrell at number 13.

Conor Fogarty and Kieran Joyce come into the wing-back positions for the Cats while TJ Reid is also included in attack. Michael Fennelly is named among the subs.

Wexford have made three changes with Eoin Moore, is named at left corner-back in place of the suspended Bobby Kenny, who was sent off in last week’s defeat to Cork, while Ciarán Kenny and – named against the Rebels only to cry off – is back in for Willie Devereux, who took this place. The other alteration sees Ian Byrne coming in at wing-forward as an indirect replacement for Liam Ryan. Diarmuid O’Keefe drops to number 5 with Shane Tomkins moving to midfield.

Gavin O’Mahony and Shane Dowling are back in the Limerick side for their game with Galway while corner-back John A Delaney is the only change for Laois ahead of their tie with All-Ireland champions Clare. Tipperary, who take on Cork, have delayed naming their side until lunchtime today.
