Allen begins Limerick talks

The Limerick County Board last night met with John Allen and his management team about extending their roles into next season.

The parties will meet again this weekend before chairman Oliver Mann intends updating the county committee at their meeting next Tuesday.

Allen led Limerick to a first Munster SHC in 17 years in July but the Shannonsiders lost the All-Ireland semi-final to Clare last month.
