Dunne to stay on with Wexford

Liam Dunne looks set to receive another two-year term at the helm of the Wexford senior hurlers.

Model County GAA chiefs are keen for the former star to remain in charge and the matter is due to go before next month’s meeting of the county board.

Dunne’s side took Dublin to two games in the Leinster championship before crashing out after extra time to Davy Fitzgerald’s Clare in the qualifiers at Semple Stadium.
