It was a deserved win for sure, although Aghada will have counted their blessings that a staggering 18 wides didn’t come back to haunt them on a night when opportunism played a big part in the victory.
Aghada laid much of the groundwork for their success in the opening half when playing against a stiff, swirling, breeze and they turned around a mere two points in arrears.
