Ryan and O’Callaghan seal it for Dubs

Ryan led the way with splendid accuracy from frees, in stark contrast to the home side, who missed three very scoreable frees at crucial stages in both periods. Ryan and David O’Callaghan, with a superb 29th minute goal, got the scores when others around them were struggling.

Wexford boss Liam Dunne has plenty of work ahead of the National League opener to Carlow. The opening 20 minutes was their best period but their failure to convert a number of chances proved so costly.
