McGee confirms FRC yellow card proposals to be revisited

Football Review Committee (FRC) chairman Eugene McGee admits the group’s yellow card proposal will be refined.

The committee will meet shortly to amend their recommendation, which was to make a yellow card a sending off offence with the player being replaced by a substitute.

They also propose teams who have three players booked can’t replace any further offenders and any player who picks up three yellow cards in one season serve a two-match ban.
