Costello: GAA fans not getting fair play from RTÉ

Dublin GAA chief executive John Costello claimed RTÉ are short-changing TV licence holders by not broadcasting any live games from September to May.

The chairman insisted the GAA should put a clause in the contracts with RTÉ when it comes to agreeing the annual coverage.

“The licence fee payers whose primary sporting interests are Gaelic games are being short-changed,” he said.
