Cahill forced to close popular GAA website An Fear Rua

GAA website anfearrua.com, has shut down.

Liam Cahill, who founded the site 12 years ago, took the decision due to costs, along with an unreasonable sense of entitlement displayed by a growing minority of users “who pay nothing towards the upkeep of the site or towards an insurance against libel”. He thanked “decent people who supported the site over the years”.
