Busy English rules out return to Premier County hot seat

Tipperary’s 2001 All-Ireland-winning manager, Nicky English, has ruled himself out of consideration for the vacant county position.

The Lattin-Cullen man revealed work commitments with Barclays Bank in Dublin preclude him from pursuing any interest in succeeding Declan Ryan. “It’s not going to be possible to do it, because of my work situation,” he told TV3.
