Brogan would have preferred Kerry over Laois

Dublin’s Bernard Brogan has admitted he would have preferred to be drawn against Kerry in the All-Ireland SFC quarter-final than Laois.

The former footballer of the year is expecting a serious test from his fellow Leinster rivals, who are entering the game with the perfect mindset, and that brings its own pressures.

“Most Dublin fans think it was good to avoid Kerry — but I think Laois is the hardest draw we could have got,” said Brogan in his blog www.hill16.ie/thedubhub.
