The Munster Council have decided to conduct a full and detailed review into their Championship ticket scheme after a disappointing take-up in their packages this year.

A crowd of 23,184 watched yesterday’s clash of Cork and Kerry in Páirc Uí Chaoimh — slightly higher than the 22,784 that attended the Munster final between the sides at the same venue in 2008.

At a meeting in Limerick last week, provincial chiefs discussed the lower than expected number of people availing of the discount packages.
