Emmetts too hot to handle

ROBERT Emmetts’ turned up the heat in the second half, to dispatch St Gabriels in the London SHC final.

Too often, St Gabriels were left to rely on the accurate free taking of their Cork born forward Martin Finn and while the Dromina man goaled in the second period, Emmetts never looked in danger.

Tipperary’s Kevin Bolger played a significant role from centre field, along with his defence where Niall Healy, John Anderson and Eddie Walsh were all prominent.
