McDermott says Rossie revolution gathering pace

WORK must be fun for Sean McDermott these days.

Back in February he took a job as a barber in Sligo, a post that provides ample opportunities to remind the clientele about last summer’s Connacht final when the Roscommon side he was part of shocked their local heroes.

It would surely beat talking about the weather. In fairness, McDermott doesn’t come across as the boastful type and the reigning provincial champions have come too far too quick not to appreciate how it feels to carry the pain of defeat.
