Boss Moran non-committal on future role at Leitrim

MANAGER Mickey Moran was non-committal about his Leitrim future after his side made their championship exit in Newry on Saturday.

Moran declined to discuss his own future following Saturday’s game after three years in charge of Leitrim.

There was considerable disappointment in the county following the Connacht semi-final collapse to Roscommon. Moran has spent three years in charge of Leitrim, making the lengthy journey from Derry several times a week. The indications are he might be interested in staying on — he spoke afterwards about the side being on a learning curve.
