Crusheen claim first victory

HOLDERS Crusheen recorded their first win in the championship when they defeated Clooney-Quin 1-14 to 1-11 at Cusack Park, Ennis last evening.

On their first outing the champs drew with Kilmaley, but on this occasion they were deserving winners despite the fact that their opponents shot ten wides in the opening half.

Sixmilebridge have full points from two outings after defeating Wolfe Tones na Sionna by 3-16 to 0-10 on Friday.
