Harte calls for system rethink

Harte calls for system rethink

When sides finish level on points, promotion and relegation are decided by the head-to-head record of the counties. Harte decried the system as a “flawed practice that should be amended as soon as possible”. He argues score difference is a more accurate reflection of “cumulative performance”.
