Cadogan fears league final déjà vu

EOIN CADOGAN has revealed his deep disappointment at the likelihood of missing out on back-to-back Allianz FL finals with Cork.

The dual defender is facing a four-week suspension as a result of the straight red card he received for clashing with Armagh’s Steven McDonnell in last weekend’s league tie at Páirc Ui Chaoimh.

Speaking in Dublin yesterday, Cadogan said he was in the dark about a potential appeal as he’d been away on a training camp with the county hurlers until late Wednesday and hadn’t yet considered the charge carried in the referee’s report.
