O’Connor reiterates technology stance

JACK O’CONNOR has said the argument for introducing score detection technology has been boosted by Colm Cooper’s contentious wide in Croke Park on Saturday evening.

“Oh, there was one blatant one, I got a bit excited myself,” said O’Connor. “It was a point. It’s another notch in the bow for technology because it certainly looked a point to me and to a lot of other people on that side of the pitch.
