TIPPERARY chairman Barry O’Brien has once again appealed to the GAA to introduce video technology to rule on controversial incidents during inter-county championship games.

O’Brien first flagged the introduction of TV evidence following the controversial late penalty award to Kilkenny in the 2009 All-Ireland SHC final.

Tipperary’s motion calling for a ‘third eye’ went before Annual Congress earlier this year but was defeated.
