O’Connor: Congress must leave rules alone

KERRY boss Jack O’Connor believes the GAA Congress is not the forum for adopting changes to playing rules.

His comments follow a meeting between high profile inter-county football managers and top referees which O’Connor termed a “welcome development”.

He also revealed that there was broad agreement that the controversial handpass rule introduced this season is impossible to implement.
